Professional Experience

For more than 15 years, Hendrik Sievers has advised companies and organizations at the intersection of law and digitalization. His main areas of practice include IT law, data protection, e-commerce, as well as contract, distribution and competition law. He supports clients in the legal structuring of digital business models – from drafting contracts and terms and conditions, to fulfilling statutory information obligations, through to the legally compliant implementation of software and AI applications. In addition, he advises on online reputation management and enforces takedown and deletion claims against unlawful content on the internet.

As a sought-after speaker, Hendrik Sievers regularly gives lectures and workshops on topics such as data protection law, the introduction of AI in companies, and online reputation management.

Furthermore, Hendrik Sievers is Managing Director of beck Service GmbH and acts as an external Data Protection Officer for several companies and organizations. With his certifications as a Data Protection Auditor and Data Protection Risk Manager, as well as his qualification as a Specialist Lawyer for Information Technology Law, he combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of the technical and business requirements of the digital world.
